We are Giorgos and Anastasia - a couple from Crete, living in Rethymno. We grow our olives in our family grove, where we live and work all year round. Our olive oil reflects the love we have for this land, our roots m and the simple , honest way of life we believe in. We're also starting a second grove at the foothills of the White Mountains, where we're preparing for organic cultivation, staying true to what matters most: purity , care and authenticity.
